Join us on Thursday, April 130th at 6:00 pm via Zoom for the final installment of our Conservation Talk Series for this season! We will be joined by Justin Cohee, the Stormwater Services Manager for the City of Pullman for an in-depth look at Pullman’s stormwater system and water quality, focusing on the emerging trends and challenges. Attendees will learn about the efforts to improve water quality and manage stormwater runoff in the Pullman area, including key considerations for the community's infrastructure. In addition to stormwater management, we will wrap-up by highlighting opportunities for local residents to get involved in riparian planting, community water quality monitoring, and initiatives to keep waterways free from litter and pet waste. Resources from the Palouse Conservation District will be shared, offering insights on how everyone can contribute to preserving the health of our local watersheds and riparian areas.
Whether you're interested in your local stormwater system or are looking for ways to help improve local water quality, this session will provide practical information and actionable steps for community involvement!
Unable to join us for this presentation? The recording will be posted here a week after the presentation.
