History with the AAS Program
Our first stream clean-up was on October 16, 2022 and we are continuing to work with the Adopt-A-Stream Program from here on. In our previous stream clean-ups, we not only had our SYZters help, but we also had other students volunteer to help as well.
Reason for joining AAS Program
Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. encourages our members to affect change within our local communities and by being able to participate in the Adopt-A-Stream program, it has given us the opportunity to help the community.
Most rewarding experience with the AAS Program
: The most rewarding experience so far with the Adopt-A-Stream Program is when we finished cleaning up our section, we were able to see our progress and how what we did had an effect on the area.
Favorite memory from AAS Clean-Ups
One of our favorite memories is when we found an entire traffic cone while cleaning up at the designated stream.
